Africa line in Queen Elizabeth National Park

Sunday started with rain and thunder in the elite class, but it passes quickly down here. After a delayed breakfast we crossed the equator and first traveled to the fishing village of Catwe and looked at the salt lakes before entering the national park. The program included a three-course meal at the luxury lodge Mweya before we went on a two-hour boat safari. Here is a small selection of what we saw (photos from Ingeborg and Maja Linnea). The most important thing was to see the ones we did not see in Etosha this autumn, namely hippopotamus, buffalo, crocodiles and lots of birds.
