The African line has landed in Uganda

The Africa line landed last night at Entebbe after a super fast stopover in Amsterdam and one in Kigali. The welcome committee received us with two buses and a van to transport extra equipment for the projects in Kasese. Heavy rain and thunder followed us into the city center and the Excellent Hotel.

After a simple breakfast, it was time for a little culture shock in Kisinjy - a slum area in Kampala. The guys and Brenda from "Street Voice" were great guides and hosts in this special environment. A good tour and entertainment that was topped off with the recording of a music video. A wonderfully charming day that ends with a Matatataxi trip home to the hotel. At the time of writing, we are sitting in a luxury hotel and enjoying Asian Fusion. Yep, a day of contrasts!
