We have facilities for all life events, anniversaries or other pleasant events.
Elverum Folk High School is centrally located in Elverum, idyllically situated between Sagtjernet and Glomma. The historic red-painted buildings in Østerdal style provide the perfect setting for your party.
If you wish to rent premises for your party, white tablecloths, white napkins, white candles and house flowers are always included in the venue rental.
We have a venue that can accommodate up to 100 people.
We prefer to only rent this venue from approximately May 10th to August 15th, but if you have an event during the school year, please contact us, maybe we can find an opportunity.
In other premises such as the Library and the King's Room, we have capacity for up to 10 people. These premises can be rented out all year round.
We offer historical lectures about the King's No, about the dramatic April days in 1940 and Elverum Folk High School's role in this exciting but dramatic history.
During the summer months, when the weather is nice, aperitifs and finger food can be served outside in the atrium with a view of Sagtjernet. Alternatively, inside in the fireplace room.
You can decide on the menu in consultation with the chef based on your budget.
Own cakes by arrangement. There is an additional charge of NOK 35 per person for handling and serving the cakes.
We bake all our cakes in our own kitchen. Please take a look at our cake menu.
The cakes can be adapted to various allergens.
We have a liquor license.
In the main building there is a large dining room with space for about 100 guests, and a spacious fireplace room with a coffee table and a large cozy fireplace.
In addition, it is possible to rent a theater hall with stage, sound, lighting and presentation equipment, or a lecture and conference hall with seating for 100 people.
