Take a break from everyday life.

In Yoga electives, we work with basic yoga exercises and yoga techniques. It is mainly classical yoga with lying, sitting and standing exercises, review of the sun salutation, simple acupressure and facial massage, back and neck massage, mindfulness, guided relaxation and you both use and learn about essential oils.

You will learn breathing techniques and exercises that will reduce the feeling of stress and restlessness in the cup and make you more concentrated and present in yourself.

By practicing yoga, you get more energy, increased well-being, better ability to concentrate and you learn to deal with stress.
