In the Yoga elective, we work with basic yoga exercises and yoga techniques. It is essentially classic yoga with lying, sitting and standing exercises, review of the sun salutation, simple acupressure and face massage, back and neck massage, mindfulness and guided relaxation.

You will learn breathing techniques and exercises that will reduce the feeling of stress and restlessness in the cup and make you more concentrated and present in yourself.

By practicing yoga, you get more energy, increased well-being, better ability to concentrate and you learn to deal with stress.
