Powerlifting

Here you practice the three exercises in the sport of powerlifting: squats, bench press and deadlifts. 

In addition, you get an introduction to support exercises for these. The subject is 2 hours per week where you receive individual guidance. You get a program to be completed 2-3 times a week. The school has its own room for strength training and strength training.

The subject ends up in a weightlifting competition on the premises of Brumunddal Athletic Club.
