Ski / snowboard

You get basic training in alpine skiing or snowboarding in turning technique, loose snow skiing and park skiing. The class is divided into groups based on skill level, and the teaching is adapted accordingly.

No prior knowledge or skills are required. You get guidance from your level, but you need:

• Ski or snowboard equipment (this can be rented for the whole season in Trysil)
• Suitable clothes
• Helmet

The price for the elective covers expenses for transport and ski passes. If you wish, you can buy a season pass in Trysilfjellet at a reduced price, through a charity agreement that the school has with Idrettslaget Trysilgutten.
