In Chillpill you learn different techniques and strategies to stop thinking, master stress, you discuss different cases with fellow students, learn about how sleep, diet and exercise affect your mental and mental health. Sometimes you watch lectures, sometimes you get tasks to solve individually and other times you get to solve tasks in groups.
