I'm cheering for you! Knitting electives make Olympic headbands with stitches

It's easy to feel good team spirit with the cool Olympic headbands the students could knit in knitting electives.

After practicing some basic skills such as laying up, knitting straight and purl and casting off, it was possible to start on a headband in the right Olympic style.
80 stitches on circular needle 5 gave a size that fits most heads. The ribbon is double knitted and sewn together with stitches. Stitching is a great way to sew together, as there is no clear edge.
