Adversity
Keep going - don't stop!
Most of what we encounter from adversity in life, from things we can't master, handle or achieve, - from what we think is a bit shit. It tends, in very many cases, to pass! Not quite like that by itself, but it often goes away if we don't stop.
It can be bad thoughts, heartbreak, the feeling of not reaching, or getting something done. It mostly passes, if we don't stop. But it may take some time.
Adversity is a natural part of life. And just as we practice everything else in life, we must practice adversity. We practice talking, crawling, walking, eating, cycling, different subjects, movements, instruments and so on. And just as we develop skills to accomplish these things, or just as we train physical muscles to be able to lift heavy weights, we must exercise our "muscles" to overcome adversity.
