Norwegian-Culture / Adventure - April trip

First stop at the world's largest Moose in Stor-Elvdal, 10,3 meters high. Then we go and see one of the longest canyons in Northern Europe, Jutulhogget. Next stop is ice cream Tynset to see the 5,25 meter high and 11.60 meter long “spark” (kick sled). After one more ride in the minibus we go down in the copper mines in Røros. In Trondheim we visit the Nidaros Cathedral, Rockheim -music hall of fame, eating pizza on top of the Tyholt tower that turns around 360 degrees every 60 minutes.

We stay overnight and dance with the charming and most welcoming students at Peder Morseth FHS. We go swimming in Molde, visit the aquarium, Atlanterhavsparken, in Ålesund and walk up the bird mountain, Round, where we get a close look at the puffins.

We visit Springland glacier museum, took the Flam train ride two Water's neck mountain hotel where we are served waffles and cocoa before we drive to To put away. Here we visit Håkonshall and Rosenkrantz tower, “Bryggen” - the old dock and take The Fløibanen funicular to the top overlooking Bergen City. Before leaving for home we visit Troldhaugen, the composer Edvard Griegs home.

A wonderful trip in a wonderful country collecting many wonderful pictures and memories.
