Want to go to Africa? For over 20 years, Elverum Folk High School has traveled to Kigali, the capital of Rwanda, Kasese, western Uganda and Lamu in Kenya (an island in the Indian Ocean). Safe, great trips together with local people who know us and know what we want: Fantastic wildlife, exciting food, language, clothing, nature and enormous hospitality. And a great aid project, where over 100 former FHS students have returned and worked voluntarily for 2-6 months. You also have that opportunity if you decide to take a year at Elverum folk high school. You can apply to folk high schools until September, but preferably today!
