Art/Experiences revolve around bowls, bowls and small jars
Educational workshop
With the expert help of ceramist Guro Wattum, the students get to turn their own product in stoneware clay. The bowls are dried until the next day, and then put back on the turntable with the bottom up. Now the clay is 'leather-hard' and can be 'trimmed', that is to remove unnecessary clay and make a nice base. After a week of drying, the products are fired in the ceramic kiln (raw fire) before being glazed and fired for the last time (glaze fire).
