Study trip to Edinburgh
Ceramics/Painting/Experiences' study trip to Edinburgh, Scotland.
Traveling in October Ceramics/Painting/Experiences for Edinburgh, one of Europe's most atmospheric and unique cities. Here we find beautiful architectural buildings and monuments, art museums, galleries, castles, parks, sculptures, neighborhoods and streets that are sure to give you plenty of inspiration to use in your creative work.
We always carry our sketchbook and mobile camera with us, so you have the opportunity to capture a moment with a pencil or take a picture at any time.
Perfect places to draw, paint or take pictures:
- Carlton Hill / Athens of the North
- National Gallery of Scotland
- Edinburgh Castle
- Dean Village
- Victoria street
- Grass Market
- Closes (side streets) along the Royal Mile
- Scott's Monument
- Princes Street Gardens
Between walks through historic streets, we eat together, check out cultural events, go to cozy cafes and experience the unique autumn atmosphere that only Edinburgh can provide.
In addition to get inspiration, draw, paint and create, study trips are a perfect arena for getting to know yourself and your fellow students better – and for building a good community.

As a teacher, I am really looking forward to taking you to Edinburgh in October, because there is something very special about the city at this time of year. The clear, crisp autumn air, the warm colours of the parks and the slightly mystical atmosphere that settles over the cobblestone streets make Edinburgh a place where creativity really awakens. You will quickly notice that here it is easy to see details, capture moods and find inspiration.
