The students' very own trip - planned from A to Z... Or, from Split to Berlin then.
The final spring tour for Musikk og Foto is like an interrail through Europe, only without the actual interrail ticket. The students plan accommodation, transport, sights and meals in groups and get their very own dream trip!
Joint start-up in Split, Croatia.
The students travel in groups onward from Zagreb.
A budget per student for transport, accommodation, experiences and food.
We start the planning and purchase of tickets and accommodation long before Easter, so that we have enough time to do good research on where we can travel and what we can experience where we travel. Flixbus is a brilliant collective offer where we can travel between cities for a reasonable price, in addition to the train offer in Europe.
We start the journey in Split in Croatia, where we explore together this exciting small town with roots right from a fortress built in Roman times. Furthermore, the whole group travels to Zagreb, which is a hub for everyone's further journey. Divided into four groups that have six travel days, we will visit:
Trieste - Italy
Ljubljana - Slovenia
Lake Bled – Slovenia
Graz - Austria
Vienna - Austria
Bratislava – Slovakia
Prague - Czech Republic
Wroclaw - Poland
Dresden – Germany
Finally, everyone gathers in Berlin, where we get to experience a pulsating high-culture metropolis as a finale. Here we get, among other things:
East side Gallery
Berlin RAW
The Brandenburg Gate
Denkmal – the Jewish monument
The house of photographs
The House of Musical Instruments
Helmut Newton photo exhibition
Photo walks in the evening
Jazz concert on B-Flat
After ten eventful days, it is good to come home to school to end the school year together with all the other students. We come home with many richer experiences and with a far greater competence in travelling.
