Strength training with surfing in mind
What muscles do you need to train to become better at surfing? And which exercises pay off best?
Soon we are traveling again and this time to Klitmøller in Denmark to surf.
In this connection, the students were given the task of creating a strength training session of 45 minutes which was to be based on finding good exercises that help to strengthen the muscles we use the most during surfing. The students were divided into groups of four so that they could spar with each other and learn from the knowledge and experience each of them had before.
