Africa on safari in Etosha

The dolphin safari is over - Etosha next!

We arrived in Okakuejo in the afternoon on Monday and already on the way in to our campsite in Halali the animals appeared. Lion father looked lazily up but unfortunately lay down again to sleep, so bad with pictures.

But both white and black rhinos, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, elephants, dik-dik, kudu, oryx, eland, springbook, stonebook, jackal and a bunch of birds we have seen on morning safaris and at the beautiful water hole at Halali.

Most of all, we actually saw on the trip out to Namatomi this early today. Now we are in place after two nights in a tent, interspersed with some sunbathing, pool life and, as I said, a lot of animals.
