First day of work in Kasese
The husband of playful children and Norwegian students!
After a very good breakfast at Virina Garden we went to the school where there were about a hundred kindergarten children who were ready to play, sing and dance. Norwegian kindergartens clearly have different requirements for the number of children per department… and the number of employees. Fantastic effort by the folk high school team in both Nursery and Primary. Many hundreds of children in Kasese had a very different day - with lots of play and laughter. And we expanded our level of competence radically. A little rest now, and then we round off the week with "Chicken in the Park" - a very well-established taste phenomenon!
